HOW WE ROLL

Let us introduce you to how we roll.

Maarten.JPG

My name is Maarten.

I love my family, cycling, running, hiking, music, dining and... my job.

Ever since I was little I wanted to create. To make things work. I could spend hours finding the best solution and inventing. Not quite a surprise I loved Lego Technics (and still do).

Would you be wondered if I tell you I often compare my job with playing with Lego? Putting the right blocks together and not giving up until it is fully right.

More than 20 years ago I rolled into the IT sector.

I have worked for many large consultancy companies during the years, I never stopped educating myself and strived to be always up-to-date with the new evolutions of the sector.

During all these years of experience as an employee, besides all the (comfortable) advantages, I noticed a lot of things I disliked about the collaboration between employers and employees.

In 2012 I made this huge decision: I started my own IT company. I worked for many large clients (European commission, AG Insurance, ...) and besides I work for small SME's and private clients.

My aspiration is to build a happy team of IT'ers who love what they do and want to do what they love.

My aim is to work out systems so the client does not need me all the time. Durability and uncomplicated are my priority.

We are certainly not just another boring IT company. I want my team to be happy within everything they do. Every member is given the possibility to determine its own career path and follow the needed trainings.

They can look theirselves for (new) projects and receive free coaching, seminars, flexible salary package according their needs.

Our ultimate goal is to create a group of IT experts with interests in a variety of aspects within the wide spectrum of IT.

And... happy people make good work!
